Any equipment ordered less than 48 hours in advance is subject to a $35.00 rush fee. Extensive audio-visual equipment setup may be subject to additional fees. Technicians are available, with advance notice, at a cost of $50.00 per hour.

VIDEO PROJECTORS MAY BE ORDERED FROM OUR A/V COMPANY (prices range from $250-$500 dependent on specific equipment required), HOWEVER THE BANQUET DEPARTMENT CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SETUP OF THIS EQUIPMENT.

Client is responsible for all charges unless an A/V is cancelled 48 hours prior to the function.
