Pastry Chef Dan P. has been with the International Banquet & Conference Center since 1990. He received his training at the Culinary Institute of America. Specializing in wedding cakes, tortes, and assorted pastries, Chef Dan brings a wide variety of flavors and combinations which enhance the overall enjoyment of each dessert. Using a great deal of imagination in the quality and presentation, each creation is sure to satisfy even the most discriminating guest's taste.
