With more than 18 years of culinary experience, Pantry Chef Donita Amerine has brought her creativity and artistic presentation to International Banquet & Conference Center for the past 12 years. Responsible for many tasks in the International Banquet & Conference Center kitchen, Donita also oversees inventory and food orders for our facilities. Working closely with our kitchen staff, Donita's work is key in producing quality meals in a timely manner.
