With more than 25 years of culinary experience, Executive Chef Philip Belloli has lent his creativity and innovation in banquet preparation and presentation to International Banquet & Conference Center for the past 16 years. Under his direction, International Banquet & Conference Center has become well-known for its unique and customized menu offerings; menus designed on an individual basis to satisfy even the most discriminating guest's taste. Chef Belloli is involved in all aspects of International Banquet & Conference Center's banquet operation, from initial consultations with guests, to arranging and managing food tastings when requested, to actual food preparation and ultimately, to overseeing final presentation and service of the banquet meal. With Chef Belloli at the helm, the International Banquet & Conference Center is able to go beyond and offer more than traditional banquet fare to make special occasions not only memorable, but unparalleled as well.
