With 16 years of Managing experience, Tony Mendez has been with the International Banquet & Conference Center for 14 years. Starting out as a server, Tony has a great appreciation and understanding of all aspects in his managerial position. Overseeing room set-ups, equipment, food displays and more, Tony controls the beautiful flow of scheduling and staff to ensure that each celebration is flawlessly executed. His awareness of timing and communication amongst everyone involved, ensures that every client and their guests are completely satisfied.
