We regret that these comments are so late and do apologize. However, we so wanted to inform you that your staff at the International Banquet and Conference Center, in particular Sue Castillo, Tony Mendez, and Derek Collins, was TOP NOTCH representatives of your business.
Sue was most helpful and attentive to every concern during the reception. I very much appreciated her assistance when I was so upset about the mismanagement of our reservations that Mindy apparently was responsible for. She was out of town and the clerk at the front desk was very rude. In short, I was beside myself, very upset and Sue calmed me down so that I could follow through my toast to my daughter and her husband.
Tony Mendez was incredibly accommodating in arranging for us to set up and store all of the band played for the reception. He assured us that it would be secure. Even our road crew commented on how helpful and easy to work with he was. Tony caught up with us at breakfast before we left the hotel and bought us breakfast . He is very professional and extremely friendly, which again made up for the bad experience we had with the hotel.
Derek Collins was gracious and very effective as he worked with us to serve the meals because timing was off. It is extremely helpful when you have a head waiter that cooperates with the band leader so that the party runs smoothly. The entire wait staff wa svery pleasant and efficient.
In closing, we again would like to commend your staff for a job well done and would be happy to be used as a reference should you need another.
