We wanted to thank you again for the outstanding performance you and
your staff displayed at our most recent Michigan McDonald's Regional Owner/Operator
Association conference in October. The service standards we experienced
at your facility were fantastic!
The numerous compliments about your service included room registration
and check-in, training team equipment delivery and set up, quick and efficient
set up of over 50 vendor booths, quick turnover of meeting room and breakout
rooms, prompt delivery of all registration desk requests, meal quality,
room cleanliness and the list goes on!
Your preparation in meeting with our staff prior to start time, to refine
all meeting details, proved an end result of an outstanding meeting! Thank
