I am writing you today as a follow-up to our recent “Sika Innovations” event held at your Hotel on January 10 2007.
As always in choosing a venue for such a high-level VIP event we look for many attributes that can add value.
Those attributes are not only made up of monetary items such as customer service. I would like to take a moment to
recognize an individual that has gone above the call of service. Tony Mendez, is truly an individual with commitment
to his clients. He takes the time to understand his clients needs and no matter what challenges arise he will find a
solution that will result in success. In my event planning experience I have had the chance to work with many venues
across the United States and have encountered few people with such dedication to service.
